Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information to potential buyers or tenants.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve satisfactory outcomes for all parties involved.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including trends, prices, and available properties.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process, ensuring client satisfaction.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and enhance overall business performance.
Utilise administrative skills to manage listings, schedules, and client databases efficiently.
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
Proven organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively in a busy environment.
Previous experience in sales or lettings is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
A proactive approach with excellent negotiation skills to facilitate successful transactions.
Familiarity with administrative tasks related to property management is beneficial.
