Duties
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve favourable outcomes.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations.
Prepare marketing materials and listings for properties to attract potential buyers or tenants.
Provide administrative support including managing appointments, updating databases, and maintaining records.
Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and lettings.
Qualifications
Ideally, a minimum of 1 year's experience in estate agency
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent administrative capabilities, ensuring accuracy in documentation and record-keeping.
Multilingual skills are a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and professionally.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about the property market and industry practices.
Commission
Commission: OTE 60,000
Schedule
Full-time, five days per week (including Saturdays)

Pay: 22,000.00-24,000.00 per year
