Job Summary

Our busy Dartmouth residential office is looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our market leading team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience; however, the position also offers in-house training to maximise a candidate's potential and scope for further career progression.

The role entails:

You will be involved in all aspects of estate agency through the negotiation and progression of transactions to the management of both vendors and purchasers To generate new business and contribute to the wider office success There will be some Saturday working on a rota basis
Desired skills and attributes:

Organised Is self-motivated with a can-do attitude Is IT-literate and able to adapt quickly to new systems Polite telephone manner
A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential, there will be some Saturday working on a rota basis.
