About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a growing team and contribute to the continued success of a well-established agency that values professionalism, client service, and results.
Key Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of residential properties from instruction through to completion.
Conducting professional property viewings and providing detailed feedback to vendors.
Building and maintaining relationships with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and mortgage
advisors.
Negotiating offers and managing the sales progression process.
Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall business objectives.
Utilising modern marketing tools and social media to maximise property exposure.
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
About You
Essential:
Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property sales or estate agency with a proven track record of achieving targets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Commercial awareness and negotiation skills with experience managing multiple transactions.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving license and access to reliable transport.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using property management software.
Desirable:
Experience with property portals (Rightmove, Zoopla) and CRM systems.
Local area knowledge and established network of professional contacts.
Relevant professional qualifications (NAEA) or willingness to work towards them.
