Responsibilities
Liaise with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, providing detailed information and answering queries.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants, ensuring all parties are satisfied.
Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends.
Prepare marketing materials for properties, including photographs and descriptions.
Manage administrative tasks related to property listings, contracts, and client communications.
Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions efficiently.
Administrative proficiency in handling paperwork, contracts, and scheduling viewings.
