Estate Agent experience Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Proven Sales skills and a track record of meeting targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with and understanding of the local property market Proficiency in relevant software and IT skills Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle

Requirements

Previous administrative experience is preferred to ensure efficient management of tasks. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues. Multilingual abilities are advantageous in catering to a diverse client base. Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and client interactions simultaneously.
