Job role - Sales Negotiator

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their property needs whilst leading the team by example. You must have strong administrative skills to ensure that all necessary paperwork is handled efficiently, while your communication skills will allow you to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.

What's in it for you

Up to 28,000 basic salary (DOE) Comms package taking your OTE to circa 30,000 Support and funding of professional qualifications Annual pay review Monday - Thursday, 09.00 - 17:30 Friday - 08.30 - 17.00 Every other Saturday 09:00 - 16:00 with a full day in lieu

What will you be doing

- Assist clients in buying and selling properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential clients
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Maintain a database of properties and clients
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
- Stay updated on market trends and property values

Skills:
- Strong administrative skills to manage paperwork and documentation
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues
- Organisational skills to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
