Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain the

largest active market share

of any agent in the area Develop strong relationships with clients, generating repeat business and referrals Negotiate offers and progress sales through to completion Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process Support the branch in achieving financial and performance targets Contribute to daily meetings and support the team in achieving shared goals Drive growth through proactive marketing and lead generation

About You

We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales Negotiator who thrives in a competitive environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding results.

You will have:

Previous

estate agency and customer service experience

(essential) A

target-driven

attitude with a proven record of achievement Excellent

communication, negotiation, and organisational skills

Motivation, enthusiasm, and a commitment to success A professional approach and high standards of presentation A

full UK driving licence

and your own car (business use insurance required) The legal right to work in the UK
