About the role
At Thorntons, we're proud to be market-leading property specialists with a strong presence across Scotland. Our Estate Agency team is known for delivering a first-class service to clients at every stage of their property journey--whether they're buying or selling. We're looking for a full time Sales Negotiator to join our busy Inverness team. It's about:
Supporting clients
- Helping clients find their ideal home by understanding their needs, discussing requirements, and guiding them through every stage of the property journey.
Being the first point of contact
- Welcoming clients warmly, answering enquiries, and providing helpful, professional support whether in person, by phone, or online.
Supporting property sales
- Coordinating and conducting viewings, updating listings, and helping ensure every property is marketed to its full potential.
Negotiation
- Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring the best possible outcome for all parties while meeting company sales targets.
Great communication
- Working closely with estate agents, solicitors, and other colleagues to deliver a seamless service and a great client experience.
Being part of a brilliant team
- Playing a key role in one of our busiest teams and helping clients make one of the most important decisions of their lives.
What you'll need
We're looking for:
A passion for delivering great client service
Clear, confident and professional communication skills
Good negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
The ability to build positive relationships with clients and colleagues
Confidence using IT and a willingness to learn
An interest in property and supporting clients on their journey
A positive attitude and a warm friendly approach
Good time management and organisational skills
Full UK Driving License: A valid driving license is required for conducting property viewings.
