Sales Negotiator

We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting buyers and sellers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry through to completion. This is a full time role and you are required to work 5 days a week (including Saturday's )
Key Responsibilities:
Registering buyers and matching them to suitable properties Conducting viewings and providing detailed feedback Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers Progressing sales through to completion Building strong relationships with clients and maintaining excellent customer service standards Supporting general office tasks as required
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in estate agency (essential) A friendly, professional, and proactive approach Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well as part of a small team Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Full UK driving licence and access to a car

Pay: 30,000.00 per year
