We're a family?run estate agency that loves our local community. For years (47 years to be exact), we've been helping people find their perfect homes by offering honest advice and building long?term relationships. We specialise in residential property sales and pride ourselves on delivering a friendly and high?quality service. Now we're looking for a full?time Sales Negotiator to join our close?knit team.
What You'll Do
You'll be the helpful link between buyers and sellers, guiding clients through every step of their move. Your day?to?day will include:
Managing enquiries: You'll respond to leads, arrange valuations and viewings, and answer a wide array of property queries.
Negotiating offers: You'll handle offers from buyers, ensuring both parties feel heard and supported.
Client care: You'll keep in regular contact with vendors and buyers, manage expectations and build long?lasting relationships. Any queries or grumbles are handled promptly and professionally.
Sales progression: From following up leads and market appraisals to instructing solicitors, you'll help ensure every sale meets legal requirements. You'll also liaise with solicitors and surveyors to keep sales moving smoothly.
Admin & compliance: You'll keep our CRM up to date to keep our system organised and functional. You'll stay aligned and compliant with industry regulations.
About You
We're looking for someone positive, proactive and genuinely enthusiastic about property.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Customer service passion: You enjoy helping people and providing a first?class service.
Communication & negotiation skills: You're persuasive, attentive and find solutions quickly.
Self?motivation & organisation: You can work independently and manage your time well. You are meticulous with note keeping, to-do lists and making sure tasks don't 'slip through the cracks'. Consistently prioritise tasks efficiently, maintaining structure in fast-paced environments.
Comfort with technology: You're happy using CRM, Microsoft and Outlook
Local knowledge & market savvy: You'll understand the area, the people in it and have an idea of property values and trends.
Ideally you'll have a full clean drivers license as you will eventually be required to cover the Cross Hills and Silsden office as business needs
A nice added extra would be experience in Estate Agency but this isn't essential as full training will be provided.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
A family?feel environment: Our small team is welcoming, supportive and fun. We value your ideas and encourage you to grow with us.
Work?life balance: Enjoy full?time hours with an adhoc Saturday morning on a rota and generous holiday allowances. We're always flexible with our staff and thankfully have always had the same in return.
Independence & impact: As a family?run business, every voice counts. You'll see the direct impact of your work on our clients' lives.
Join our family and help local people find their next home. We'd love to hear from you!
