As a sales negotiator, you will play a key part in helping buyers to find the right property, working with vendors to support them in the sales process from marketing to negotiation through to completion. Throughout this, you will be offering exceptional customer service to your buyers, vendors, solicitors, mortgage consultants and any other parties. You will negotiate the sale of residential properties by proactively calling, qualifying and ultimately negotiating with potential buyers as they enquire and will ensure to deliver a world-class service to vendors by delivering the best results possible. Responsibilities of a sales negotiator include:
Calling and qualifying applicants.
Generate and conduct viewings.
Negotiate offers.
Daily management of buyers.
Regular communication with vendors regarding the property market.
All aspects of Sales progression.
Identification of canvassing opportunities.
After-sales care.
