Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.
Conduct viewings of properties, showcasing their features and benefits effectively.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers or landlords and tenants to achieve satisfactory agreements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market, including pricing trends and new listings.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales and lettings transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient operations within the office.
Utilise administrative skills to maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clients.
Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing communication with a broader client base.
Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client requests efficiently.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and negotiation.
Competence in using office software and property management systems.
