Job Description

Salary:

27,040 basic (based on full-time hours)

On Target Earnings (OTE):

36,000+ (uncapped commission structure)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our growing sales team, selling properties in Hull and the surrounding villages, while also supporting our expansion into North Lincolnshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with estate agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and is looking to develop their career in a supportive, ambitious team.

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and book property valuations

Book and conduct property viewings

Negotiate offers and manage sales progression

Provide regular updates to both sellers and buyers

Liaise with solicitors and other stakeholders to progress sales through to completion

Skills & Experience Required:



Previous estate agency experience is essential

Proven ability to work in a target-driven sales environment

Strong customer service and communication skills

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

Competent with IT and property management software

Additional Information:



Working hours include every other Saturday (9am-1pm).
