What you'll be doing:
Booking and conducting high-impact property viewings Building relationships that drive results Negotiating offers and pushing deals over the line Generating new leads and instructions Providing expert advice to buyers and sellers Owning your patch like it's your business
What we're looking for:
A natural closer with a persuasive edge Previous experience in property or sales preferred, but raw talent wins too Sharp presentation and communication skills Ambition, drive, and hunger for commission A full UK driving licence (you'll be out and about a lot)
