Sales Negotiator

Location: North Leeds

Salary: 27,000 basic

On-Target Earnings: 31,000 - 39,000

As our team continues to grow, we're looking for a Client Executive to join us on that journey. What You'll Be Doing



You'll be the go-to person for each home we bring to market, from launch to completion. Your role will include:

Guiding clients through the marketing and sales process with confidence and clarity. Collaborating with our delivery and marketing teams to ensure every campaign is polished and powerful. Managing viewings, offers, and negotiations with professionalism and energy. Problem-solving and finding solutions to keep every sale moving forward. Being a calming, expert presence for clients during one of life's biggest transitions.
This is a hands-on, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You'll be part of a passionate team that supports each other, works hard, and celebrates the wins together.

What We're Looking For



You don't need estate agency experience, we'll train you up to be the best. But what you do need is:

A track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Strong relationship-building skills and a natural flair for working with people. A proactive attitude with the ability to juggle tasks and solve problems on the go. Meticulous attention to detail, especially when it comes to client presentation. Confidence in making decisions and communicating clearly, even under pressure. A 'can-do' mindset paired with a 'will-do' drive to go above and beyond.
