Sales Negotiator

to join our high-performing team.

The Role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a vital role in our sales operation -- liaising with buyers and sellers, arranging viewings, conducting property valuations (training provided if necessary), and negotiating offers to completion. This is a fast-paced, client-facing role perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and loves the excitement of property sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Registering new buyers and identifying suitable properties Arranging and conducting property viewings Liaising with vendors and buyers to negotiate sales Following up leads and providing regular client updates Supporting sales progression through to completion Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in estate agency or a strong sales background (property experience preferred but not essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Confident, driven and target-focused personality Strong organisational skills with attention to detail Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
