As we continue to grow, we are searching for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Negotiator to join us as at our office in Eastwood, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex.

You will be a people person aligned to the Gateway brand. You will be a great communicator with a track record of delivering the best client and customer experience possible. Promoting the brand and creating new opportunities will come as second nature to you.

The Job



We are committed to transforming our Estate Agency service into an established local and national brand, making this role perfect for an ambitious Sales Negotiator who can harness their expertise to maximise the growth and profitability of a business, and in-turn grow their role within it.

This role will require the individual to have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build trusting relationships whilst working towards ambitious sales targets.

Reporting directly to the CEO, your responsibilities will include:

Effectively manage sales generation by utilising a variety of marketing and networking techniques Securing new business Ensure all sales leads are followed up swiftly Serve as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients from initial meeting through to home completion Develop and maintain market intelligence and client networking Undertake property valuations and inspections Arrange and conduct property viewings Ensure the level of customer service we deliver is outstanding

What You Need



3 years' experience as a Sales Negotiator A full, clean driving license

Job location:

Eastwood, Leigh-on-Sea, Essex

Hours:

Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm

Salary:

Competitive with an annual review

Annual leave:

23 days plus bank holidays
