Job Overview


We are seeking a motivated Sales Negotiator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences. Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers. Maintain an organised database of properties, clients, and leads to facilitate efficient follow-up. Prepare marketing materials and listings for properties to attract potential buyers. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless process from initial contact through to completion. Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Experience



Proven experience in sales within the property sector is advantageous but not essential. Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Excellent organisational skills to maintain accurate records and schedules. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients professionally.
