up to 25,000 + 10% Uncapped Commission + 250 Car Allowance

Working Hours:

Mon-Thu: 9am-6pm | Fri: 9am-5:30pm | Every other Sat: 9:30am-1pm

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct viewings and provide insightful advice to prospective buyers. Negotiate offers to achieve successful sales for both parties. Book and conduct valuations where needed. Manage your diary and pipeline to maximise sales opportunities. Proactively generate new business through networking and lead follow-ups. Support the Branch Manager and contribute to a positive team culture.

What We're Looking For

At least 12 months' experience as a Sales Negotiator in residential property. Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong knowledge of the local Hyde Park/ Central London market. A confident communicator with a client-first approach. Self-motivated, ambitious, and proactive in seeking new opportunities. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is ideal.
