Key Responsibilities



Arrange and conduct property viewings with potential buyers Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients Provide expert advice on the local property market to both buyers and sellers Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the sales process Prepare and present sales reports and market analysis to clients and management Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth transactions and excellent customer service Stay informed about local property trends, regulations, and market conditions Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, including property descriptions and photographs Manage and update the company's property database and client records Attend and contribute to team meetings and training sessions Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the property industry

Qualifications and Requirements



1-2 years of experience in property sales, estate agency, or a related field Proficient knowledge of the local property market and industry trends Strong understanding of the property sales process and relevant legal requirements Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for property viewings Proficiency in using property management software and CRM systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and clients simultaneously Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 22,000.00-45,000.00 per year
