Overview


We are seeking a Sales Negotiator whose role is to guide clients through the buying and selling process with professionalism and enthusiasm. From conducting property viewings to negotiating the best possible deals, to progressing the sales through to completion you will need to provide exceptional service, ensuring clients feel confident and well-informed at every stage.

The role is full time and requires experience within the Estate Agent industry. Your work will mainly be in the Office, and you will report to Head Of Operations Maria? Burns.

Responsibilities



Handle property enquiries, arrange and conduct viewings for potential buyers.

Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible outcome.

Provide advice on property values, market trends, and sales strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service.

Keep clients updated on the progress of their property transactions.

Offer guidance and support throughout the buying and selling process.

Proactively generate new business opportunities across the whole Business

Actively refer ancillary services, including mortgage and solicitor leads, applicant and property Relocation Agent Network or Guild of Property Professionals.

General meeting attendance along with the weekly Monday morning Sales Meetings

Keep up to date with trends, legislation, and regulation in the property market.

Experience



Ability & enthusiasm to manage difficult customers and challenging situations.

Experience & strong capability of using computer software.

Superb attention to detail and ability to spot problems and plan to avoid them in advance

Excellent communication skills both written and oral, fluent English speaking.
