We are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic and successful agency team based in Gosforth. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a highly respected firm with a strong presence in the local property market.

In this exciting role, you will take ownership of property transactions across Gosforth and surrounding areas, showcasing homes with creativity and confidence, both in person and across digital and social platforms. Your focus will be on driving sales, negotiating offers, and delivering expert advice, while building strong, lasting relationships with both vendors and buyers.

Responsibilities:



Build effective and long-lasting client relationships, providing expert guidance and advice on the sales process. Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiating offers and facilitating the sale from initial enquiry to completion. Collaborate with the team to generate new business opportunities and increase sales pipeline. Organise photos to be taken of new properties and collate floorplans. Film and/or direct video content of properties to showcase via social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) using Canva. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market in Durham, including current trends, competitor activity, and local developments. Achieve personal and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of the branch. Opportunity to prepare and present market appraisals, ensuring properties are priced appropriately to attract the right buyers. Undertake sales progression and resolve any potential challenges that arise during the sales process to ensure a successful outcome for all parties. Sell and promote other services across the business such as mortgage and solicitor referrals. Encourage and invite feedback via Google and Trustpilot reviews.

Experience:



Minimum of 1 year experience within an Estate Agency role. Ambitious, self-motivated, and a team player. Valid driving license with willingness to travel. Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in using property management software, Microsoft Office, and producing content for social media platforms. Strong communicator with strong written and verbal skills. Ambitious, self-motivated, and a team player. Willingness to learn with a strong work ethnic. Problem solving ability. Team player with the ability to work independently. Thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
