Responsibilities



Conduct viewings of properties for potential buyers, showcasing their features and benefits. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing tailored advice on suitable properties. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve favourable outcomes for all parties involved. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions in the company database. Collaborate with other team members to develop marketing strategies that promote available properties effectively. Stay updated on market trends, local developments, and regulations affecting the property sector. Provide administrative support as needed, ensuring all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.

Skills



Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling effective interaction with clients from diverse backgrounds. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable, enhancing our ability to serve a wider clientele. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Pay: 22,000.00-40,000.00 per year
