About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic estate agency team. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving property sales through exceptional client service, strong negotiation skills, and efficient coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Booking Valuations:
Schedule and manage property valuation appointments with potential sellers.
Prospecting:
Actively generate new business opportunities through canvassing, database calling, and follow-ups with potential vendors and buyers.
Buyer Attraction:
Qualify and register buyers, understanding their needs to match them with suitable properties.
Conducting Viewings:
Arrange and accompany prospective buyers on property viewings, providing informed and engaging presentations of each property.
Negotiating Offers:
Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
Diary Management:
Coordinate and maintain a busy schedule of valuations, viewings, and meetings with excellent time management.
Facilitating Sales:
Support the sales progression process, liaising with solicitors, surveyors, and clients to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
Marketing Support:
Assist with marketing properties, including creating listings, taking photographs, writing descriptions, and promoting across various platforms.
Key Skills & Attributes:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confident and persuasive with excellent negotiation abilities
Target-driven with a results-oriented approach
Organised and able to manage a busy workload effectively
Knowledge of the local property market is advantageous
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Requirements:
Previous experience in estate agency or a sales environment preferred
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends
