You must have at lease 12 months experience in Estate Agency. You will be responsible for facilitating the sale of properties, providing exceptional customer service, and building lasting relationships with clients. Your role will involve both administrative duties and direct client interaction, making excellent communication skills essential.

Responsibilities

Manage the sales process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for clients. Conduct viewings of properties, providing clients with detailed information and answering any questions they may have. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal results for all parties involved. Maintain accurate records of property listings, client interactions, and transactions in accordance with company policies. Develop marketing strategies to promote properties effectively through various channels. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall performance.

Requirements

Previous administrative experience is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for engaging with clients effectively. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn about the property market is crucial for success in this role.
