Position Overview:

Carters Estate Agents is continuing to expand, and we are in search of a Sales Negotiator to contribute to our growing success in Nuneaton and surrounding areas. No prior experience in Estate Agency is necessary but preferred; comprehensive training will be provided to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:

The primary role involves generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, finalising sales and ensuring smooth sales progression from exchange to completion. An interest in property, sales and a strong knowledge of the local area is essential.

Strong negotiation skills for achieving the best outcomes for both the business and customers. Driving license (clean) and own .

Key Responsibilities at Carters Estate Agents Include:



Assisting the Sales Director in meeting business sales targets. Effectively handling enquiries and converting them into viewings or market appraisals. Providing constructive feedback to vendors and following up on previous viewings. Maintaining regular contact with clients. Updating vendors on property performance and suggesting marketing enhancements in line with our marketing strategy. Handling customer enquiries in-office. Supporting sales progressions and providing administration assistance. Carrying out necessary compliance checks including Anti-Money Laundering procedures (full training provided). Daily administration and updates on CRM.

A competitive salary with an OTE of 21,000 to 40,000+. Full-time, permanent position with uncapped commission. Clear progression opportunities. Comprehensive training and development. Flexible working hours: 5 days a week from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, every other Saturday from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
