What You'll Be Doing:
In this role, you will guide each property marketing project to success, adeptly navigating any challenges that arise along the way. As the primary point of contact for our clients, you will collaborate closely with our team to ensure every sale reaches its full potential. We are looking for someone with a proven track record in delivering world-class customer service, who embodies a positive 'can-do' attitude along with a determined 'will-do' approach. You will need to be skilled at juggling multiple tasks and finding effective solutions to problems, all while fostering strong relationships with colleagues and clients alike.

Your Skills:
Ideally, you will have a background in delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to build strong relationships with both your team and clients. Leadership and facilitation skills are essential, enabling you to motivate, support, and guide your colleagues. Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset are key to addressing day-to-day challenges. You should be capable of gathering information and insights from various sources, making informed decisions, and providing clear, confident recommendations. Access to your own transport is required for this role.

A valid driving license and your own transport are a requirement for this role as on occasion you will be required to travel to various properties and client locations.
