We are looking for a confident, motivated
Sales Negotiator
to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a successful, expanding estate agency that invests in its people for the long term.
In this role, you will:
Meet and build relationships with prospective buyers.
Negotiate offers to achieve the best outcome for our clients.
Manage the after-sale process, ensuring a smooth transaction from offer to completion.
Work closely with clients looking to sell their homes, offering exceptional service and advice.
You will be based in our Wheatley office but may be required to support our other branches as the business grows.
What we offer:
Up to 30,000 basic salary (experience dependant)
150/month car allowance + commission (structure TBC).
20 days holiday + all bank holidays.
Saturday working on rotation, with a day in lieu during the week.

Requirements:
Full, clean UK driving licence and use of your own car.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
