We are seeking a motivated and dynamic in-office Sales Negotiator to join our experienced team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating property sales, ensuring a smooth process for both clients and customers. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position. Previous industry experience is preferred. Training can be provided.
Duties
Liaise with clients to understand their needs and preferences in order to match them with suitable properties.
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the terms.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to sales transactions.
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire process, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
Skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling you to engage effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings, appointments, and client communications efficiently.
Administrative proficiency to handle paperwork accurately and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
