The Role


As a Sales Negotiator, you'll be the face of Parkers, guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the property journey. From booking and conducting viewings to negotiating offers and closing deals, you'll play a key part in making moving home smooth and stress-free for our clients.


What You'll Do


Register and build relationships with buyers and sellers, understanding their needs.


Arrange and conduct property viewings, showcasing homes in their best light.


Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, securing the best outcomes for everyone.


Manage sales from offer through to exchange, keeping clients updated every step of the way.


Proactively generate new business through networking and referrals.


Keep up-to-date with the local market to offer trusted advice.


Ensure all paperwork and processes meet compliance standards.


What We're Looking For


? Experience: Previous experience in estate agency, sales, or customer service is ideal -- but if you're enthusiastic and eager to learn, we'd still love to hear from you.
? People Skills: A confident communicator who builds rapport easily and loves helping people.
? Sales Drive: Target-driven, resilient, and motivated to hit (and exceed!) your goals.
? Organisation: Able to juggle multiple tasks and keep on top of details.
? Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence required.
? Team Spirit: Friendly, supportive, and ready to be part of a collaborative team.
