Stags is the leading West Country Estate Agents selling a range of properties with 22 Offices across the South West as well as holding a London presence.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to become an important part of our friendly team, with a reputation for excellent service.
Our South Molton Office requires a Full Time Senior Negotiator to join their busy sales team. Estate Agency experience is essential for this varied role and would be suited to an individual with listing experience or those seeking future progression with full support and training.
The role entails:
You will be involved in all aspects of estate agency through the negotiation and progression of transactions to the management of both vendors and purchasers
To generate new business and contribute to the wider office success
There will be some Saturday working on a rota basis
Desired skills and attributes:
Organised
Is self-motivated with a can-do attitude
Is IT-literate and able to adapt quickly to new systems
Polite telephone manner
A full UK driving licence and your own car is essential
