Kings Estates are looking for a Sales Negotiator to join our office.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactive and efficient management of new and current leads.
To qualify prospective buyers
Cross Sale Solicitor and Mortgage referrals
Actively generate new business
To carry out viewings in a professional and efficient manner.
Carry out Valuations for new listings
Organise available stock and ensure listings are up to date
The ideal candidate will have knowledge from the property industry ideally as a Sales Negotiator looking to further their career.
We are looking for a hungry, highly motivated individual wanting to prove themselves in this competitive industry. You must be approachable and friendly with a natural ability for putting the best tenants with the most suitable properties.
We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 - 18:00 and Saturdays 10:00 - 16:00.
We work 6 and 5 day weeks working every other Saturday.
Competitive Basic Salary with Uncapped Commission.
Car and Business Insurance Required
