You will deal with all aspects of property sales; dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings, valuations, attending viewings, negotiating sales, progressing sold properties through to completion and exchange. You must also be able to sell the services of our other depts, including mortgages or house rents. You will need a strong focus on delivering a high-end customer service.
You will need a natural flare for negotiation and can demonstrate exceptional influencing skills. You may be required to work within other departments as and when workloads require.

Estate Agency experience

Full UK driving license, own vehicle required

Package: Basic Salary 23985 (negotiable depending on experience). Commission 3% on house sales. Mileage costs at relevant HMRC rate. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. 37.5hrs per week (requirement to work Saturdays 9.30 - 12.30 as may be required)
