Job Description

The role of Sales Negotiator will be an all-rounder, available to support the office administration and attend viewings as required.

The Sales Negotiator will need to have access to their own transport and are responsible for its costs, including insurance for business use. Company mileage expenses are re-imbursed.

The role attracts a competitive salary, based on experience.

Working hours:



Monday to Thursday 9am -5pm Saturday 9-1pm
Experience is preferred for this role and training will be provided where necessary.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Negotiating offers to support the best outcome

Booking and Attending viewings

Booking Valuations
Chasing sales progressions

Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)

Offering the best customer service

Driving the business forward and hitting targets

Building relationships with new clients and nurturing existing ones

Managing expectations from clients

Ability to Commute:

Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire (required)
Ability to Relocate:

Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire: Relocate before starting work (required)

Pay: 24,000.00-25,000.00 per year
