We are a well-established Estate Agent based in Hanley, Stoke-on-Trent who due to continued growth are looking to recruit an established Sales Negotiator to be based in our Hanley office. Established in 2008 we have quickly become one of the larger estate agents in the potteries. We specialise in Lettings, property management, block management and residential sales

We are looking for someone who is looking to take their career to the next level. You will be working as part of a great team and we are looking for someone who can fit easily into the role of sales negotiator and who also has the potential to develop in to supporting the team manager with valuations and become an important part of the team. OTE are expected to be in the region of 30,000 - 35,000.

Do you have

previous relevant experience in Estate Agency

, knowledge of the local property market, have a proven track record in Sales, great written and verbal communication skills, a focus on delivering excellent customer service and a "can do, make it happen" attitude?

Main responsibilities



Carrying out valuations Generating valuations Register applicants and match applicants to properties. Arrange and attend viewings. Supervision of an effective applicant database, ensuring regular contact is made with all prospective tenants. Liaise and negotiate offers between vendors and buyers to close deals. Communicate with vendors with regards to marketing feedback, viewings and hot prospects, put forward offers from applicants and agree sales with vendors. Provide practical solutions to vendors with regards to achieving a prompt sale. Ensure sales are progressed without undue delay Generate new and repeat business opportunities for valuations, instructions, viewing and sales. Always maximise board presence and promote brand awareness. Ensure all sales follow the correct process in line with legislation. Efficient diary planning. Correctly record all messages, viewings and appointments. Activity reports as required.. Demonstrate high standards of professionalism and provide a first-class level of customer service at all times.

Main Objectives:



To achieve pre-agreed targets, operating to the standards required by the company. Demonstrate high standards of professionalism, courtesy and efficiency in dealing with the public. Maximise opportunities for viewings, sales, valuations and instructions. Seek to increase office market share and generally promote 'brand awareness'. To operate with the confines of the relevant legislation. To operate to the standards set by our regulatory bodies.

Essential Skills Required:



Experience working in an Estate Agency although we may consider people from other sales environments Driving license and own car Good I.T. skills Confident and well spoken Great Organisation and Time Management skills Well presented Ability to meet new people and make own contacts within the industry
