You will deal with all aspects of property sales; dealing with enquiries, arranging viewings, valuations, attending viewings, negotiating sales, progressing sold properties through to completion and exchange. You must also be able to sell the services of our other depts, including mortgages or house rents. You will need a strong focus on delivering a high-end customer service.
You will need a natural flare for negotiation and can demonstrate exceptional influencing skills. You may be required to work within other departments as and when workloads require.
Essential Skills:
Must have Estate Agency experience - applicants with no estate agency experience will not be considered

Negotiate offers, agree sales & progress sales though to exchange and completion
Build and maintain relationships with vendors
Administration duties

Full UK driving license, own vehicle required

Any other duties as may be required
Package: Basic Salary 26000.00 plus ote 3.5K Commission. Mileage costs at relevant HMRC rate. 20 days holiday plus bank holidays. 37.5hrs per week (requirement to work Saturdays 9.30 - 12.30 every 3rd week, time off in lieu)
