We are seeking an experienced
Sales Negotiator
to join our successful Stokesley team, specialising in the sale of rural and high-end properties across North Yorkshire.
About the Role:
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in property sales who is confident handling high-value homes. You'll be responsible for managing the full sales process - from winning instructions and listing properties to overseeing sales progression and seeing deals through to completion.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in residential property sales
Strong knowledge of the sales process and progression
Confident in handling premium and rural property transactions
A natural ability to win new business and build client relationships
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Hours:
21 hours per week
Includes some Saturday work
