Sales Negotiator
to join our busy Swansea branch.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct property viewings with potential buyers and deliver confident, informative tours
Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers with a professional, proactive approach
Register and qualify applicants, responding promptly to enquiries across multiple channels
Liaise with vendors to provide regular feedback and guide them through the sales process
Maintain accurate property listings and ensure the CRM is kept up to date
Work closely with the team to deliver excellent customer service
What We're Looking For
Ideally 1+ year's experience in estate agency or a customer-facing sales role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a
sales mindset
Confidence in negotiating and a keen understanding of buyer/seller motivations
Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of managing multiple priorities
A professional, pro-active and positive attitude with a team-focused approach
A
full UK driving licence
and access to a vehicle
