About the Role:
As a Sales Negotiator you will play a vital role in our growing business by:
Arranging property viewings and market appraisals.
Registering purchaser details and matching them with suitable properties.
Following up on viewings and securing offers.
Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
Guiding sales through to completion, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Generating new business through referrals from auction, legal services, financial services, surveys and removals.
Adherence to regulatory compliance standards.
About You:
We are looking for someone who is:
Passionate about property and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Professional, well presented and has an excellent telephone manner.
Highly motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong "can-do" attitude.
Detail-oriented and able to manage tasks efficiently.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Outstanding organisational, communication, and time management skills.
Previous experience in the property industry is essential.
