Can you sell? Do you have a track record in selling? This role is for a proven sales person to work as a residential sales negotiator. Taking leads and calls and selling property to prospective buyers. Good written and verbal communications, hard work and long hours for good rewards, lots of variety and time at properties doing accompanied viewings and in the office creating sales. Must be a car owner and driver. Good local knowledge important. Must be immaculate, have good IT skills, be willing to learn and to do home study to obtain qualifications in Estate Agency. Ideally has NVQ level 3 in Residential Estate Agency.

Basic and Commission. OTE 30,000-45,000.

Accuracy and Attention to detail important. Applications will not be considered unless the assessment form is completed.
