Responsibilities

Conduct property viewings and open houses. Generating and carrying out market appraisals Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-ups. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients from appraisal to completion Stay updated on local property market trends

Skills

Strong organisational skills to manage multiple listings and client interactions effectively. Excellent communication skills Pro-active and hard-working estate agents with a proven track record Ambitious, self motivated and entrepreneurial You must be able to provide the highest levels of customer service
