Responsibilities:
All aspects of sales order processing
- Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
Invoice processing and credit control
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed including payroll
Experience:
- Proven experience as an office administrator or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Bright HR)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 34 per week
