We are seeking an Office and Sales Assistant, to start ASAP, for a security training company in NW10 to help with the organisation and daily running of the company. The position is fully office based in-person 5- 6 days a week in our Hanger Lane office.
Duties:
Answering customers calls and dealing with enquiries
Ability to answer emails efficiently in a timely manner
Welcoming clients to the office and registering them for courses or signing them in
Updating customer database and inputting data into company program
Organizing office supplies and stationery
Arranging and booking meetings with clients
Tracking exam results
Receive results and communicate these to clients
Checking completed paperwork
Be first port of call for reception
Collecting ID from students
Providing wide ranging of ad-hoc administrative assistance
Requirements:
Able to start ASAP
Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken
Must be confident speaking on the phone
Ability to maintain a strict level of confidence
Reliable and accurate
Excellent typing skills
Smartly presented and a good time-keeper
Excellent organisational skills with ability to multitask
Competent with IT systems (e.g. Word, Excel and Outlook)
