Then our Sales Office Coordinator role could be exactly what you are looking for!
Duties
These duties are inclusive but not limited to the following:
Telephone and written liaison with customers and suppliers to manage specific accounts, take sales orders and enquiries.
Creation of quotes, works orders, delivery sheets, reports and job cards relating to sales enquiries/orders.
Working with the Production Department for progress updates and subsequent liaison with customers.
Working with customers to follow up quotes if/ when necessary.
Raise dispatch paperwork and invoice customers.
Booking and arrangement of couriers to dispatch miscellaneous parcels for the UK and overseas. Cover for general office duties such as post, and telephones.
Creating packing list for couriers/commercial invoicing.
Creation of miscellaneous letters to customers or suppliers, general filing and record keeping for client base.
Working with various database programs; off the shelf and bespoke.
Any other duties as may be required.

To be meticulous and a self-starter
Must have experience using Excel and Microsoft Word
Preferred experience working in a Manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and an ability to complete work accurately and thoroughly in a timely manner
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good computer and numeracy skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks

Hours of work - 36.5 hours per week:
Monday - Thursday 08:30-17:00 and Friday 08:30-13:00 with a 30 minute break Monday-Thursday
