About the Role:

This is a

full-time, on-site role

for a Sales Office Coordinator at Charlecote Pheasant. You will play a key part in welcoming enquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the sales team in delivering memorable experiences for our guests.

Your role will also include:

Handling administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency Supporting sales activities, including

showcasing and selling our beautiful wedding venue to prospective couples

Maintaining clear and professional communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction Coordinating with other departments to deliver seamless events
As part of a hotel that hosts weddings and special occasions, there is a

balance between early and late shifts at weekends

when weddings take place, ensuring fair and supportive scheduling across the team.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience in providing administrative assistance Strong organizational and time management skills Knowledge of sales processes and techniques Ability to ensure customer satisfaction Proficiency on Opera Cloud (preferred) Ability to work well in a team Prior experience in the hotel or hospitality industry is desirable
