As the sole office-based employee, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of our products and services to confidently handle customer inquiries.
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Prepare, calculate and issue quotations.
Process orders and coordinate with production.
Manage customer invoicing.
Maintain business records and ensure compliance with administrative procedures.
Prepare shipping labels and coordinate delivery to ensure orders reach customers accurately and on time.
Skills
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear communication with clients.
Strong numerical skills with the ability to calculate prices, discounts, and invoices accurately.
Proficient in computer literacy, including experience with Microsoft Office
Reliable and able to work independently.
Adaptable and willing to take on a variety of tasks to keep things running smoothly.
Additional Information
Working Hours - Monday to Thursday 08:30-17:00 & Fridays 08:30-15:00.
31 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
