Job Description

WBTC is a not-for-profit Training Provider delivering Apprenticeships, Commercial Training and a Study Programme - 'Great Start'. We are looking for someone to join our friendly team based at our training centre based in Newbury town centre, close to the railway station. Role Profile:



The role of Business Support Administrator is to ensure a smooth and timely process for learners and employers from initial enquiry through to the start of their learning programme.

This role supports the team with all the fundamental processes required to on-board a new apprentice or learner, it builds relationships, ensures we are working efficiently and that we are compliant, as a government funded charity.

Key responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to -

Employer Support



o Support employers to set up and manage their Growth and Skills Levy digital account

o Post adverts to advertise apprenticeship vacancies

o Monitor the advert response

o Respond to ALL Candidates

o Collate candidate CV's, chasing where needed

o Carry out basic screening questions

o Support in arranging employer interviews for suitable candidates

o Provide feedback to candidates

o Liaise with employers and the WBTC training team regarding commercial training

o Deal with general day to day enquires as required

Learner Administration (Apprenticeships and Commercial)



Assist in completing learner self-assessments

Send out, follow up and collate all pre-on boarding paperwork e.g. application form

Set up tasks on external assessment sites

Liaise with the team giving updates, timescales and documentation

Book on-boarding, ensure attendance

General Administration



Maintaining internal records of new learners and employer on CRM system

Complete and send out employer contracts and monitor the return

Proactively manage status on the Growth and Skills Levy account in response to the Data and Compliance Manager requests

Keep accurate records on Hubspot

Send out feedback questionnaires, collate responses

Send out employer and leaner mailshots, updating Hubspot

Provide advice and guidance to potential learners and stakeholders about what WBTC can offer

Prepare materials for events, such as school career sessions and at times assist on the day

Other



Uphold the aims and objectives of our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, Fundamental British Values and Safeguarding and Prevent policies

Uphold the WBTC's vision and customer charter and promote the strategic business aims

Undertake additional duties as allocated from time to time

Undertake additional duties as allocated by the Managing Director.
