Sales Operations & Analyst
to support our sales teams. You'll combine analytics, process improvement, and pre-sales support to drive pipeline efficiency, deliver winning proposals, and ensure data-informed decisions.
IntelliSense.io uniquely combines expertise in Mining disciplines, Data Science, and Software Engineering with the power of Objective-driven AI to deliver real-time, process-specific optimization applications for the Mining Industry.
With a global, remote-first team of 70 employees and offices across four continents, our HQ is in Cambridge, UK with regional offices in Santiago (Chile), Perth (Australia) and Ireland (EU).
What You'll Do
Pre-Sales & Bid Support
Draft, coordinate, and submit high-quality winning responses to tenders, Request for Proposals (RFPs), and proposals.
Develop persuasive client-facing materials in partnership with sales, marketing and subject matter experts.
Ensure all submissions are accurate, compelling, and aligned with client requirements.
Sales Operations & Analysis
Support the Sales Operations function in tracking pipelines, reporting, and performance metrics.
Assist in preparing business cases, presentations, and reports for senior leadership.
Contribute to process improvements across sales workflows and tools.
Stakeholder Engagement
Collaborate with senior sales leaders, technical teams, and executives to gather requirements and insights.
Manage input from multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Challenge assumptions constructively to ensure clarity and precision in deliverables.
Knowledge Management
Maintain accurate records of tender responses, proposals, and knowledge assets for reuse.
Support the creation of sales playbooks, bid libraries, and case studies.
Who You Are
Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
1-2 years' experience in sales operations, business analysis, consulting, or related roles.
Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills.
Commercially minded, resilient, and solutions-oriented.
Skilled in Microsoft Office; CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot) a plus.
