About the Role




We're looking for a detail-driven, analytical and proactive individual to maintain the integrity of our customer and sales data across HubSpot and related systems. This role sits at the heart of our sales and operational infrastructure - ensuring data is accurate, reports are reliable, and processes continuously improve.


You'll play a key role in making sure our CRM and reporting are trusted sources of truth, supporting better decisions and smoother operations across the business. You'll be based in our Commercial team and will report to the Commercial Director.

Key Responsibilities



As a Sales Operations Data Administrator, you will:



Data Integrity & Maintenance



Check and maintain the accuracy of our HubSpot data. Monitor and maintain data quality across connected systems (e.g. Airtable and spreadsheets). Identify data inconsistencies and take ownership for investigating and resolving them.

Process Improvement



Critically evaluate existing CRM and data processes; identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy and usability. Collaborate with the tech and sales teams to test and implement improvements.

Reporting & Analysis



Spot trends, anomalies, or inconsistencies in data and work with relevant teams to address root causes. Create, maintain, and improve HubSpot reports and dashboards to ensure reliable insights for sales and leadership. Support regular reporting cycles, data analysis and insight generation.

Training & Enablement



Support HubSpot training for new joiners (and potentially lead sessions over time), helping to create and maintain user guides, FAQs, and internal training materials.

About You



To be successful in the role, we're looking for:



Excellent attention to detail- take pride in accuracy and consistency Analytical and critical thinker- able to interpret data, spot issues, and think critically Experience with CRM systems Data skills- confident using Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, lookups, pivot tables, etc.) and visualising data Process-oriented approach- enjoy improving systems and finding better ways to work Fast learner and adaptable- learn quickly, and have an ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Business awareness- understand how CRM data connects to commercial context Self-starter - take ownership of your learning and know how to find answers Organised and reliable- able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines Clear and confident communicator- can explain data insights and issues simply and collaboratively Alignment with our mission and values, bringing a sense of purpose to your work

Salary: Full time: 28,000- 30,000 per annum depending on skills and experience Private Health Insurance, Group Life Assurance, Employee Assistance Programme, Pension scheme (after 3 months of employment), 28 days holiday plus bank holidays per annum, Cycle to work scheme, Company laptop.
